And as far as tattooing an identification mark on her baby, I don't blame her! LOL

Of course, I had the opposite happen with my oldest. Since she had jet black hair and Asian features and didn't look a thing like me, the nurses would double check every last digit on our multiple ID bracelets. They were convinced something was amiss. Even my OB/GYN had to vouch that Meghan was actually my baby! LOL

The picture of Lish on the cover of the mag is absolutely beautiful.

Lish is absolutely radiant. I'm not convinced they didn't add padding, cuz she didn't look anywhere near that big 6 wks ago. LOL. Actually a friend of mine at work is due the day after Thanksgiving and she's built like Lish...very petite. Gwen has tripled in size in the last 3 wks, but is oh so cute.

I remember when Bay was born, and they wanted to take her out of the room to clean her, and I pointed to Patrick and told him, "Follow that baby." The nurse was like we're not going to do anything to hurt her. I told her he was still going to follow her. It's just a natural Mama instinct kicking in.

When I did my externship in the nursery all of the babies and mothers had two ID bands and the babies had alarms on their foot. The bad thing about the alarms was that if they loosened a bit they would go off and we'd have to run and track the baby lol.

Lish looks amazing. Her and Richie are gonna be great parents--that's one lucky little girl!

Tammy I know that feeling. I had a c-section so Chad ended up taking the baby to the nursery. We both had those bracelets wtih alarms but I'm still not sure they didn't switch my baby. JK Although when she is turning flips on the soccer field instead of playing and tackling the other kids, I still wonder.

My two youngest were born in the same little hospital and had the same delivery nurse. Her husband was a professional photographer and she had picked it up as a hobby. As a result, we have the most fabulous pictures of my husband with both Lauren and Emilie right after they were born.

She is dazzling. Can`t imagine what a gorgeous party they will throw for her maternity leave. She is so adored at the show.....

LOL Cheryl too funny. I also had a WTF momment with my last baby. I remember sitting on the front porch with my oldest and we were talking about the baby. She wanted to know what (he/she) would look like. Whether it would look like her or her brothers. Now we are a blended family she is my step (hate that word since I raised her), another son is also, and one is mine from my first marriage. anyway I told her there was two things for sure I could tell her. One that the baby would have dark brown hair as I and my husband both have, and two that they would have dark brown eyes as we both have brown eyes. On the day we had Jesse I had to eat those words as my darling son was born with blond hair and blue/green eyes. In other words that spitting image of my (step)daughter! Now I told her not to be too sad if his eyes changed but they never did. I don't know must have been my Irish recessive gene and Danny's German recessive gene combined to give me a child that could not possibly came from me. I swear he is mine.
