That's awesome that it can be downloaded it to your iPod. What a great way to remember what it is you're supposed to be doing! lol
So I'll look like Alicia if I do that, right?? LOL, I've been meaning to lose a few more pounds and get in shape...
Remember a while back, ABC did that little online "focus group". One of the questions was, "Which star would you like to do a fitness/work out video and would you buy it?" I totally picked Lish! I wonder if that has anything to do with this new video.
